1. Introduction

Welcome to Yarnify3D. By accessing or using our website, 3D pattern simulator, and marketplace (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Marketplace & Digital Content

Yarnify3D provides a marketplace for users to buy and sell digital crochet patterns ("Digital Content").

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and downloading digital content from Yarnify3D, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the content has begun.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Yarnify3D. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Yarnify3D and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yarnify3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. For consumers in the EU, our liability for damages caused by slight negligence is limited to those damages that are foreseeable and typical for this type of contract, unless such damages involve injury to life, body, or health.
